Mission and Goals
The Network Branded Prepaid Card Association (NBPCA) is a member-driven organization.
Our mission and goal are determined by
the needs and interests of the industry, originally identified by participants in a series of organizational
meetings and by others who shared their thoughts and ideas via the Contact Us
section of this Website.
The NBPCA overarching mission is to contribute to the continued
growth and success of the network branded prepaid card industry.
In carrying out this mission, the NBPCA is committed to:
- Inclusiveness. Participation is open to all participants in the network branded prepaid card marketplace. No organization or market segment dominates the NBPCA’s agenda.
- Representation. The NBPCA represents the collective interests of the network branded prepaid card industry in a variety of areas, as determined by the membership, to foster a positive climate conducive to the continued growth and acceptance of network branded prepaid cards.
- Transparency. The work of the Association and its decisions are carried out in the open, and matters of directional or policy importance are determined by the NBPCA ’s Board of Directors and/or its Executive Committee.
